Northern Idaho

This milled log home under construction in Idaho, has an 8 x 8″ D-log profile. The log species is Douglas Fir, one of our most popular logs because of its strength. The log corners will be dovetailed, another popular feature because it is so aesthetically pleasing.

This home is a Country Cut (Milled) log home in Western Red Cedar. The outside corners are saddle notched, but the inside corners are housed into 12″x12″ Douglas Fir posts.
